    can you be accused of an offence and dismissed without any evidence .working term 9 months Reply

      Unfortunately, if you have less that a years service you have very few employment rights and an employer is able to dismiss you on the spot. There are a few exceptions to this rule which you can see here - Your rights if you have been employed for less that a year. There has also been a recent change in the law on length of service which you can read about here. However based on your comment this would not apply. Reply
